为了弘扬和传承褒家冲茶场历史文化，发展褒家冲百年茶业，在安化县人民政府、县茶产业茶文化开发领导小组及县城南区管委的大力支持下，褒家冲茶场于2015年10月正式改制为湖南省褒家冲茶场有限公司。新公司承继了褒家冲茶场百年文化和品牌，传承和保护非物质文化遗产“安化松针传统制作技艺”，肩负起“继承褒家冲前人事业，再创褒家冲百年辉煌”的历史使命。

展厅第三部分，展示褒家冲茶场改制后的湖南省褒家冲茶场有限公司，以继承和发扬前人勇于创新、不畏艰难、不断拼搏、再创褒家冲辉煌的新面貌。
